They make a fine n’ dandy bean & cheese burrito, but Laughing Planet excels in the art of making “fancy burritos”, using feta cheese, broccoli, jicama and even SPAM as ingredients (even cactus occasionally!) Tofu, soy cheese, and vegan sour cream are also available. So yeah, they’re not “authentica”, but there’s other places in town you can go for that. While you’re there, check out all the R. Crumb reproductions on the wall. And if you can’t figure out what to get, you can never fail with the Che Guevara burrito: beans, plantains, sweet potatoes, vegan!
