For some reason, finding a strictly veggie Asian restaurant is hard in Portland. But each year it gets a bit easier. Vegetarian House is a no-meat Chinese restaurant located in, of all places, Chinatown. (Just beyond the gate!) The House knows how to make a mean faux-meat. And if you are unsure of what to get (since everything sounds good on the menu), come to the weekday lunch buffet. All you can eat for $5.99! And the House is run by followers of the “Spiritual Master”!
