Historically, this was the first park to be created by the short-lived City of Albina, which is now part of Portland. Picnic areas, ball courts, and tons and tons of Douglas Firs. Also includes a pool. Located between N Winchell, N Chautauqua, N Willamette Blvd, and N Woolsey
